On April 4th, sleepy pup joined forces with Christenson Family Orthodontics in Chesapeake to clean up a section of Johnstown Rd. Armed with trash bags and pickers, we took part in the Great American Cleanup. The program was started 23 years ago by the Keep America Beautiful organization to people across America to take a couple of hours to help clean up their communities. Approximately 1,000 volunteers across the Hampton Roads area took part in picking up garbage and making our area a little bit cleaner.
