Free returns and exchanges for US Orders!

 

If Ordered In the Last 30 Days in the USA:

1. Visit our Returns Center and enter your Order Number and Email address.

2. Choose the items from your order that you wish to return or exchange and submit for approval.  If you are exchanging an item, please include the new size or item in the notes section.

3. We will review the return and email you a pre-paid USPS return label.  Print it off, tape it to the box.  Please include your name and Order Number inside the box. Place it in your outgoing mail and we will get it exchanged or refunded.

 

If An Item is Defective Within a Year of Ordering:

If your order was placed within the last 30 days, follow the steps below.

1. Visit our Returns Center and enter your Order Number and Email address.

2. Choose the items from your order that you wish to return or exchange and submit for approval.  If you are exchanging an item, please include the new size or item in the notes section.

3. We will review the return and email you a pre-paid USPS return label.  Print it off, tape it to the box.  Please include your name and Order Number inside the box. Place it in your outgoing mail and we will get it exchanged or refunded.

 

If your order was placed more than 30 days ago, please email us at info@sleepypup.com with your order number and information about the defect and we will forward a pre-paid return label.

 

 

The Fine Print...

Return Policy and Product Warranty:

You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of your purchase price or an exchange (trying on a collar to check the size is perfectly fine). If you feel a product is defective within a year of receiving it, meaning that it is wearing out for a reason other than normal wear and tear, please get in touch with us and we will issue you a refund or exchange, and will work to make sure that it does not occur again. Chewing and other particularly rough treatment of products by dogs (or humans) is not covered by our guarantee.

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom, custom stamped or personalized goods cannot be returned. We will replace custom items that are defective.

Exchange Policy:

In order to exchange merchandise, please complete a return via our returns center with the items you are exchanging. In the notes section of our return center, list the new size or item(s) you would like to receive. If there is a price difference, you will be credited or charged the difference. Please allow 7 days after we receive your exchange for it to be processed.

International Returns, Exchanges and Product Warranty

If you wish to return your international order for a refund or an exchange, please ship it to the address below.  Please include your Name and Order Number inside the box, as well as whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different item.

If you feel your product is defective within a year of purchase, please email us at info@sleepypup.com with your Order Number and the defect and we can issue a refund or replace the item.
