You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of your purchase price or an exchange (trying on a collar to check the size is perfectly fine). If you feel a product is defective within a year of receiving it, meaning that it is wearing out for a reason other than normal wear and tear, please get in touch with us and we will issue you a refund or exchange, and will work to make sure that it does not occur again. Chewing and other particularly rough treatment of products by dogs (or humans) is not covered by our guarantee.
Custom or Personalized Items: Custom, custom stamped or personalized goods cannot be returned. We will replace custom items that are defective.
In order to exchange merchandise, please complete the returns section on the returns and exchanges form with the items you are exchanging. In the exchanges section, list the new item(s) you would like to receive. If the items cost less than the items you are sending back, you will be credited with the difference. If the items cost more than the items you are sending back, we will get in touch with you in regards to payment. Please allow 30 days for your exchange to be processed.
Return / Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying for return or exchange shipping costs when sending items back to sleepy pup. If the item was defective or there was a mistake on our end, such as sending the wrong item, let us know and we will send you a pre-paid return label. We recommend asking for USPS First Class postage on items under one pound as it will be the most economical choice when shipping items back to us. If you are exchanging an item, we pay for shipping the new item to you once we receive the exchange here at our shop.
