Christmas 2025 Deadlines
All delivery services are experiencing delays in service, so we cannot guarantee Christmas deliveries. We recommend ordering by the following dates for the best chance at getting your order before Christmas.
Free Ground Shipping: December 15th
USPS Priority Mail Shipping: Dececember 18th
sleepy pup will be closed December 23rd through January 2nd. Orders placed during that time will begin shipping out January 5th.
Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders
All orders to the U.S. are eligible for free ground shipping. If you choose free shipping for your order, we will ship your package via USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion at no cost. We also offer expedited shipping at actual cost. You can see the cost of expedited shipping options during checkout.
Free Returns and Exchanges on All Domestic Orders
All orders in the U.S. are eligible for free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Visit our Returns Page for more information
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time are shipped out within one business day, and we strive to ship out all orders either on the same day or the following business day. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, it may take longer. Orders placed on the weekend normally ship out the following Monday.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Once prepared for shipping, orders are shipped via USPS Ground or UPS Ground unless an expedited method is chosen. Most Ground orders arrive in 2-4 days depending on how far you are from our shop. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and information about your shipment.
Do You Ship Internationally
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping costs will vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any tariffs or additional fees charged when your package arrives.
Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we will send your order via USPS in order to ship to your P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
